Refund Policy

At W.R.A.T.H RENTALS we strive to provide a fair and transparent rental experience. Please review our refund policy before making a reservation.
Reservation Payments
- A valid payment method is required to secure all reservations.
- Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation is made and the type of reservation booked.
Cancellations
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time: Customers will receive a full refund of the rental amount, excluding any non-refundable processing fees.
- 24–48 hours before pickup: Customers are eligible for a 50% refund of the rental amount.
- Less than 24 hours before pickup or no-shows: No refund will be issued.
Early Returns
No refunds or credits will be provided for vehicles returned before the scheduled return date unless approved by management due to exceptional circumstances.
Vehicle Issues
If a vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues or circumstances beyond our control, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a comparable replacement vehicle. If a replacement cannot be provided, customers will receive a full refund for any unused portion of the rental.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Security Deposits
Security deposits are not rental charges. Deposits are typically released within 3–7 business days after the vehicle is returned, provided:
- The vehicle is returned on time.
- The vehicle is returned in the same condition as when rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
- There are no outstanding charges, such as fuel, tolls, traffic violations, cleaning fees, or damage claims.
If additional charges apply, they may be deducted from the security deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable once incurred:
- Administrative or booking fees (if applicable)
- Optional protection plans after the rental has begun
- Additional driver fees after the rental has started
- Fuel, cleaning, smoking, late return, toll, or traffic violation fees
Special Circumstances
Refund requests resulting from emergencies or unforeseen events will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the sole discretion of W.R.A.T.H HOLDING LLC.

Welcome to W.R.A.T.H HOLDING LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or renting a vehicle through our website or by any other method, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from W.R.A.T.H Rentals, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum age required for the selected vehicle).
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Provide a valid major credit or debit card in your name.
- Meet our insurance and identification requirements.
- Be legally authorized to operate a motor vehicle in the United States.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who does not meet these requirements.
2. Reservations
Reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by W.R.A.T.H Rentals.
Vehicle availability is subject to change. If your reserved vehicle becomes unavailable, we may provide a comparable replacement vehicle or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
3. Rental Period
The rental period begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends at the agreed return time.
Late returns may result in additional rental charges, late fees, or additional daily rental rates.
4. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required before the vehicle is released.
The deposit may be used to cover:
- Vehicle damage
- Missing equipment
- Excessive cleaning
- Smoking violations
- Fuel shortages
- Toll charges
- Traffic citations
- Administrative fees
- Late return charges
Unused portions of the deposit will be refunded after the vehicle has been inspected and all outstanding charges have been resolved.
5. Driver Requirements
Only drivers approved by W.R.A.T.H Rentals may operate the rented vehicle.
Allowing an unauthorized driver to operate the vehicle may result in termination of the rental agreement, additional fees, and denial of insurance coverage.
6. Vehicle Condition
Customers agree to inspect the vehicle before leaving the pickup location.
Any existing damage should be documented and reported before departure.
Failure to report pre-existing damage may result in responsibility for that damage.
7. Fuel Policy
Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level provided at pickup.
If returned with less fuel, refueling charges and applicable service fees may apply.
8. Mileage
Unless otherwise stated in your reservation, mileage limitations may apply.
Additional mileage may be billed at the rate disclosed during booking.
9. Prohibited Uses
Customers may not use the vehicle for:
- Illegal activities
- Racing or speed contests
- Off-road driving
- Towing without written approval
- Transporting hazardous materials
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Commercial ride-sharing or delivery services unless expressly authorized
Violation of these provisions may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
10. Smoking and Pets
Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or cannabis products inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Evidence of smoking may result in cleaning and deodorizing fees.
Pets are permitted only with prior approval. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
11. Accidents and Damage
If an accident occurs, the renter must:
- Contact emergency services if necessary.
- Notify W.R.A.T.H Rentals immediately.
- Cooperate with law enforcement and insurance representatives.
- Complete any required accident reports.
Failure to report an accident promptly may result in additional liability.
12. Traffic Violations and Tolls
The renter is responsible for all:
- Parking tickets
- Speeding citations
- Toll charges
- Red-light camera violations
- Administrative processing fees
These charges may be billed after the rental period has ended.
13. Insurance
The renter is responsible for maintaining any insurance coverage required by law or by the rental agreement.
Optional protection products offered by W.R.A.T.H Rentals do not eliminate the renter’s responsibility for violations of this agreement.
14. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the W.R.A.T.H Rentals Refund Policy.
No refunds will be issued for unused rental time unless approved by management.
15. Right to Refuse or Cancel Rentals
W.R.A.T.H Rentals reserves the right to cancel or refuse any reservation due to:
- Safety concerns
- Fraud prevention
- Invalid identification
- Payment authorization failure
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Vehicle availability
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, W.R.A.T.H Rentals and W.R.A.T.H Holding LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the rental or use of any vehicle.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Pasco County, Florida.
18. Changes to These Terms
W.R.A.T.H Rentals reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
